The work is a reflection on clinical practice and expands the perception about the subject's universe from a hermeneutic methodology. It understands the "human" as a complex symbolic entity. It indicates that, to be with him in the clinic, it is necessary not only to see him, in order to understand the subject from the clinical and pathological point of view, but also to see the possibilities of everything that surrounds him. In this context, the therapist uses hermeneutics, which is interpretation not to neglect the valuable details of subjectivity.
