A IMPORTÂNCIA DA PSICOLOGIA NOS LITÍGIOS QUE ENVOLVEM ATOS DE ALIENAÇÃO PARENTAL

Considerando a intervenção estatal nas relações familiares, principalmente nos casos ligados ao Direito de Família, o objetivo do presente estudo é de analisar a importância do psicólogo nos conflitos que envolvem a Síndrome da Alienação Parental (SAP). Tratada por alguns como uma verdadeira patologia, a SAP tem-se ganhado destaque nos tribunais. Considera-se ato de alienação parental a interferência na formação psicológica da criança ou do adolescente promovida ou induzida por um dos genitores, pelos avós ou pelos que tenham a criança ou adolescente sob a sua autoridade, guarda ou vigilância para que repudie genitor ou que cause prejuízo ao estabelecimento ou à manutenção de vínculos com este. O trabalho demonstra a necessidade do laudo psicossocial para auxiliar o juiz na obtenção da verdade. A metodologia utilizada foi a revisão bibliográfica.
